- I often use analogies, root word breakdowns, and real-world examples to help students connect ideas in a way that sticks.
About Me
As a passionate educator currently pursuing my Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology, I bring both academic expertise and empathy to my tutoring. With over two years of experience in subjects such as Anatomy and Physiology, AP Biology, and Psychology, I focus on making complex concepts clear, relatable, and engaging. My teaching philosophy is centered on building confidence and encouraging curiosity, because I believe true mastery comes when students feel both capable and motivated. Ultimately, my goal is not only to help students excel in their courses, but also to spark a genuine love of learning that empowers them far beyond the classroom.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of tutoring, I love trying new restaurants and adding them to my Beli app, doing the NYT Mini Crossword, and running (I’m currently training for a 10-mile race!). I also sing with my med school a cappella group, the Note-O-Chords, and enjoy winding down with a good book or by rewatching my comfort show, New Girl.
