As a dedicated educator with a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from South Dakota State University, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience and more than 5 years of classroom teaching in high school mathematics. My passion lies in subjects like Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry, where I strive to demystify complex concepts and foster critical thinking skills in my students. My approach involves connecting mathematical principles to real-life applications, making the learning process less intimidating and more engaging. Outside of teaching, I enjoy board games and sports, which further enrich my ability to relate to students and build rapport. I am committed to helping every student succeed and develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.

My interests include traveling and camping. I would like to travel to all 50 states and continue to explore America's National Parks. I also enjoy reading, playing board games, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
