As a dedicated educator with a Master's degree in Middle Grades Education from Georgia Southwestern State University, I have over two years of tutoring experience and more than six years of classroom teaching. Outside of the classroom, I’m a creative and curious soul who enjoys bringing balance and joy into my life. I love gardening—it’s my peaceful escape and a reminder that growth takes time and care, just like teaching. I also enjoy reading, especially books that spark self-reflection or help me grow as an educator. When I’m not tending to my plants or getting lost in a good book, you’ll likely find me exploring new music, trying out a DIY project, or spending quality time with my family. I believe that staying inspired outside of work helps me show up fully present and energized for my students.
