About Me
I earned dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan and Shanghai Jiao Tong University in biomedical and mechanical engineering, with a minor in math. My favorite areas to teach are biomechanics and genetics because they combine analytical thinking with real-world applications in health and medicine. I'm passionate about helping students build confidence in challenging subjects by making complex concepts clear and approachable. I've tutored college-level biology and engineering courses and mentored students in both lab-based design and knowledge-based courses. My teaching style is clear, adaptive, and supportive, with a focus on step-by-step problem-solving and independent thinking.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my cat, and exploring new developments in biomedical research.
