About Me
As an executive and tutor for the Biological Sciences Society at my school, I have worked with peers and club members to simplify challenging topics and make them more digestible in order to foster both confidence and also curiosity. Currently, I am pursuing an undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at John Jay College, I draw from my strong foundation in general biology, genetics, microbiology, human physiology, and cell biology to support students in their academic journeys. My favorite subject to tutor is cell biology because of its relevance to real-world applications such as forensic science and medical advancements. I would describe my tutoring style as adaptable and encouraging critical thinking, as well as breaking down difficult material into manageable steps.
