Prior to this, I taught at a private school for students with learning differences. My time there taught me the value of recognizing each student's unique gifts and capacity to learn. I know each child can succeed and I hope to bring out the very best in all my students. Over the years, I have taught everything from 3rd grade math to Calculus. In addition, I have tutored and taught math at the university level. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Education degree in Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In my free time, I like to play video games, go to standup comedy shows, work puzzles, and binge watch TV shows.
