As a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students in both the public school system and private practice. My journey began with a Speech Language Pathology degree from Long Island University (Brooklyn Campus), and I have since enhanced my expertise by receiving Orton Gillingham (OG) training through a vendor from the Orton Gillingham Academy. Throughout my career, I have been committed to providing high-quality services to my clients, utilizing my extensive knowledge and skills in speech-language pathology. My OG training has equipped me with specialized techniques to support students with dyslexia and other reading difficulties, allowing me to create tailored interventions that address their unique needs. Both disciplines emphasize individualized instruction, multisensory learning, and evidence-based practices, creating a robust environment where scholars can thrive. By integrating these approaches, I have witnessed significant strides in my students' academic journeys, fostering their confidence and success. My passion for helping students overcome communication and literacy challenges drives me to continually seek innovative strategies and professional development opportunities.

I enjoy listening to audiobooks from multiple genres, which keeps me inspired and continually learning. I believe in being instrumental in assisting the youth with their speech, language, and reading challenges. My hobbies include traveling, which broadens my perspective, and getting detailed manicures and pedicures, which provide a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind.
