About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida. I received my first Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. I have a second Bachelor degree in Supervision and Management from Daytona State College. Lastly, I've also obtained a Master of Science degree in Operations Management and graduate certificate in Project Management from the University of Arkansas. I've also obtained professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), and Certified Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE). Since graduating from the University of Central Florida, I've worked in the Aerospace and Defense industry. I've held roles such as Simulator Technician, Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, and most recently Producibility Engineering Manager. In the 5 years I've been a manager I've found it rewarding to be able to mentor and coach my employees to help them reach their goals and further their careers. I've found that between my education and career experience I have a plethora of knowledge to share with others to help them do the same. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying a hike or going fishing.
