Taylor

I have been a dedicated Intervention Specialist and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Ohio, with a proven track record of supporting students across all grade levels and ability ranges. With experience spanning early childhood through high school, I have developed a deep understanding of diverse learning needs and effective instructional strategies. My success as an educator is rooted in my ability to build meaningful rapport with studentsfostering trust, motivation, and confidence that lead to measurable growth both academically and behaviorally. I am skilled in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), applying evidence-based behavioral interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every student reaches their full potential. Driven by empathy, patience, and a passion for student success, I strive to make a positive impact by creating supportive, inclusive learning environments that promote independence, engagement, and lifelong learning.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring the world around me and finding joy in life’s simple moments. I love hiking scenic trails and traveling to new destinations, always looking for new perspectives and inspiration from different places and cultures. Music is a constant part of my life—whether I’m singing along to my favorite songs or relaxing to a good playlist while cooking. As a proud dog lover, I find happiness in spending time with my furry companions and embracing the comfort of home. I especially light up during the Christmas season, cherishing the warmth, traditions, and togetherness it brings. In my downtime, you can usually find me solving mysteries and puzzles, watching crime shows, or enjoying board games with friends and family. Curious, creative, and full of heart, I approach both my work and my hobbies with the same sense of care, adventure, and connection.
