Current English instructional coach. Part-time college instructor. After graduating college, I avoided my destiny and decided to go into the corporate world. After two years, I knew I could no longer outrun my fate; I accepted my first teaching position, and I have never looked back. I taught English I, II, and AP Literature and Composition during my tenure as a teacher. A few years ago, I was given the opportunity to leave the classroom and work with teachers. I work with our 26 high school English teachers to design and execute engaging curriculum for students. However, after a few years, I missed having my "own" students. I decided to put my Master's degree to use, and I began teaching Intro to Composition at my local community college. With my varied background, I am able to help students of all experience levels improve their writing skills and become effective communicators. I look forward to working with you.
