I am a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and UT Southwestern, where I earned my master's degree in biomedical engineering. I began teaching as a tennis coach, developing strong communication and one-on-one instructional skills, and have been tutoring with Varsity Tutors since 2024 in math and science, including Algebra, Algebra II, SAT Algebra, and Biology. I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable saying when they do not understand a concept, allowing us to work through it together. I adapt my teaching to meet the needs of my students, whether that means breaking down concepts step by step, emphasizing problem-solving strategies, or reinforcing conceptual understanding. My goal is to build confidence and independence.
