I plan to continue tutoring and assisting in these fields. I also hope to continue my linguistics and Japanese studies in graduate school in the future. My favorite subject to tutor is linguistics because it is such a relatively new field, and it leaves so many opportunities for learning for both the tutee and the tutor. I believe teaching and tutoring plays a large role in shaping a person's passion for learning, and sometimes just one good experience can change your whole perspective on a subject. In my personal experience, I find that sometimes all we need is a helping hand to support us on our learning journey, and it's inspired me to try and be that supporting person.

My hobbies outside of academia include board games, reading, and drawing. I love card games, strategy games, and anything in between.
