I am a retired Army Veteran and a undergraduate from the University of Houston-Victoria with honors( cum laude). While serving in the Army I was an Instructor and I also studied to become a math teacher, but changed majors into Finance. My philosophy in teaching is to try to keep it as simple as I can by using analogies and references that is unique to each person and their way of absorbing information. The subjects I enjoy teaching within Finance are understanding Fundamental Analysis( financials such as 10Q and 10K), this goes with earning season or when companies report earning. Other subjects I teach are understanding Bonds, Credit Spreads, Economy Cycles, Simple and Compound Interest within Excel, ETFs, Options, Equities, mutual funds, and rules and regulations in the Finance industry.
