I am a writing center Assistant to the Director and tutor at Casper College here in Wyoming. I completed my undergraduate studies for English and computer science in 2009 while attending West Virginia University. This year, I completed my Masters of English with specializations in Rhetoric and Gothic Literature through National University. My personality is that of the "helper" and the "fixer". In the world of tutoring, this means I feel complete doing my job because I am being helpful to someone and also guiding them to solutions. I am passionate about this process because I know it is important to foster the next generation, and because this job is my soul food. I available to tutor English (reading, writing, and literature) for grade school and up through college levels.

I am a mother of two young boys (4 and 8 years old). A lot of my interests as of late cater to the care of these two tiny humans. However, when opportunity strikes, I am a lover of horror movies, true crime dramas, fantasy and sci-fi books, and writing creative fiction. I also enjoy taking naps with my cat, Alice, and playing the occasional strategy game on my phone.
