I enjoy working with students who want or need to think of Mathematics in new and innovative ways. I can cater to different learning styles, and I am more than happy to put in the extra work to help students find the magical combination of explanations, examples, and conceptual exploration that will finally make a difficult concept click. I am also a trauma and developmentally informed educator that can support and understand the difficult emotional impact that a math class can have. Mathematics is often a difficult subject, but I believe young people can do difficult things with the right supports. I hope that I will be able to support you with your education journey!
