I have a passion for helping other students excel in their work. My expertise in the area of finance, accounting, and taxation. However, I enjoy tutoring subjects that are number-related (math, finance, accounting, algebra) or technology-related (Excel, Word, PPT). My PhD is in Finance, and I have Masters degrees in Taxation, Forensic Accounting, and an MBA. I have tutored for several years. I enjoy working with students and guiding them to the right strategy, method, and solution. I use a student-centered approach. I believe "success is a journey, not a destination." In other words, we are all life-long students, and we should never be content with stopping the learning process. The goal should be to continue advancing our knowledge and expertise in different areas. Not only will it make us more balanced, but it will allow us to adapt and grow as new discoveries and advances are made. My hobbies are running, hiking, swimming, and watching the San Antonio Spurs play!
