I want them to be comfortable making mistakes and know that is a normal part of learning. I am much more likely to say "tell me what you remember about this" than "let me explain this to you". While I enjoy teaching languages, I'm also good at organizing a lot of disparate information, paraphrasing, summarizing, and editing. As I teacher I have a lot of experience with public speaking and can help students become more confident in that area as well.
