About Me

Hi! My name is Lauren and I am passionate about helping students build academic skills and intellectual confidence. I graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Geology. I have spent the last six years since then teaching science (along with a smattering of other subjects) to middle and high school students. I am currently taking a break from classroom teaching to pursue a master's degree in science communication and public engagement. I love learning and my goal is to help students feel similarly.
