I'm a TESOL-certified educator with 16+ years of experience helping K12 students strengthen their reading, writing, and communication skills, while also supporting adult English learners in achieving their academic goals. I specialize in English Language Arts, reading comprehension, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and standardized test preparation, including the ACT, ACCUPLACER, ISEE, and other entrance exams. I also have extensive experience teaching ESL and helping international students strengthen their English proficiency and prepare successful university applications. I currently tutor with Arizona State University's K12 Step Up Tutor program while pursuing a Master's degree in Communication at ASU. I also speak Spanish and conversational Mandarin Chinese, allowing me to better support multilingual learners.
