About Me
I've been intensely curious about everything related to mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence ever since I was in high school. My love of learning about how to live a joyful and balanced life has translated into a love of teaching it!! I've been creating mindfulness programs for over 6 years now, and have had the pleasure to work with children, students, corporate offices, and even cancer patients.
