I have experience teaching a wide range of subjects from high school biology to advanced graduate level statistics. I hold a bachelor's degree in Entomology from the University of Georgia. This summer I completed a master's degree in Biostatistics and Public Health from Georgia State University. My research was on complex and multilevel modeling of chronic diseases. I also worked for Grady hospital in Atlanta, Georgia as a Research Assistant for 6 months. I'm extremely passionate about statistics and science in general. As a teacher, I focus on trying to present things using real world applications and examples so that my students can see relevance in the work that we do together and are able to grasp abstract concepts more easily.
