I am particularly passionate about teaching math because you can always find a pattern that always leads to a correct answer in every scenario. As a college student, I know what it is like to have gaps in teaching/understanding, and as a tutor I want to work with the student to eventually make that gap in knowledge easier to understand. As a tutor I am very patient, and my teaching style is to ensure the student has a full understanding of the content on their own, without any outside assistance. I hope to obtain this understanding by using repetition and providing practice problems, while making the learning environment as least stressful for the student as possible. I have tutored students for almost 5 years now, and have seen incredible success in the areas that I taught. In my spare time I love to cook, dance, and glass paint.
