It is also my duty to encourage students to take responsibilities for their own learning. Each student approaches the learning process with a set of attitude based on individual beliefs, values, and emotions. It is my duty to establish mutual understanding with each individual student, to encourage critical thinking, and to transfer learning into positive impact. It is also my duty to adapt each lesson and assignment to student's individual strengths and needs and to make learning meaningful for each student. Students should not be afraid of making mistakes. It is my duty to create a positive learning environment where students' learning endeavor is supported. It is also my duty to encourage students to be participate in learning, to make discoveries, and to risk making mistakes. Students are the source of new knowledge. I continue learning new ideas from my students. Through personal reflections I refine my teaching practice and expand my knowledge.
