About Me

I recently completed my fourteen-week student teaching internship in which I taught 9th grade and 12th grade Social Studies. I also worked as a tutor for the past year with a student with intellectual disabilities. In this position, I visited her twice a week after school to work on study skills, organizational habits, and her English and History homework. I am a great tutor because I have wonderful organizational skills, patience, and a good sense of humor. I am also skilled at viewing basic knowledge from many different angles and enjoy finding different ways of teaching to break down these concepts to the student.
