Certified Tutor

I have been lucky enough to have been taught by some truly inspirational teachers and am well aware of the effect they have had on my life and the choices I have made subsequently. My own passion for working with students extends from my desire to emulate these role models and perform the same inspirational function in the lives of my students.

I have been a Spanish Teacher for over seven years. I have taught Spanish 1 through Spanish 4 Honors. I am extremely organized, and I am able to tutor a group of students or tutor on a one by one basis. I have many resources to help the students excel in their study of the language. I am very knowledgeable in the Spanish culture, and I am bilingual. I have over ten years of tutoring experience, and I like to engage all learners into the culture to inspire them to succeed in their current Spanish class and to continue on for mastery of the language.

Apart from teaching Spanish, I have also taught English at the Secondary level. I have the same passion for the English language as I do for the Spanish language. I have studied and taught literary classes in both English and Spanish. I look forward to hearing from students and parents who wish to have me as a tutor!
