Why are you passionate about helping students?
Teaching students makes me happy. I like to share my knowledge with them and help them to see the facts in the way I can see. Because I believe that way is so beautiful.
Describe your experience working with students?
I have experience tutoring students at the university. the courses I taught them are about math, physics, and engineering.
Additionally, I have experience in teaching math and science to elementary and high school students.
Where did you get your education?
I got my Bachelor's degree from a well-known university which is famous as a very tough university in my country home. Now I am a fully funded Ph.D. student.
What degree(s) have you attained?
Now, I am a Ph.D. student in structural engineering.
What subjects do you tutor?
Math, Algebra, Science, Numerical Analysis, Differential Equations, Engineering Math, Statics, Dynamics, Structural Analysis, Dynamics of structures, Designing Steel and concrete buildings, Designing bridges, Earthquake resistant buildings.
Furthermore, I am a professional user in commercial designing software like Abaqus, SAP2000, Etabs, Safe, Staad Pro, S-Frame. I can teach you how to design buildings and solids with this software. understanding these FEM software packages is crucial for engineers who are looking for a job in a designing company.
Because of the nature of my Master's degree thesis, I am an advanced user of Matlab programming software.
Moreover, I believe, people who are professional users of Microsoft Excel, eventually will be those who are pioneers in research and engineering. I can teach you how to work with Excel from the beginning to an advanced level.
What is your favorite subject(s) to tutor, and why?
Math, and physics especially those parts related to mechanics. I like to teach them because I have a good understanding of their concept and philosophy.
How would you describe your teaching philosophy and your tutoring style?
I prefer to teach students about the concept of the course, instead of just asking students to memorize some formulations. I believe, if students realize the concepts behind the subject it will help them to keep that in their mind forever. Such students are those who can solve any difficult problems because they boost their strength in analyzing and observing problems. From now they can see math and physics in every single object around them from simple ones like the movement of a pen or pulling an elastic band to complex ones like a bridge, a dam, an airplane, and a spacecraft.
What interests you outside of academia?
