When I became a group tutor during my third year of college, I found out very quickly just how fun and how fulfilling it is to help students achieve their goals. I graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, and thanks to my math background, I've found it very satisfying to help people with all their mathematical needs. Thanks to my time at UCSD, I spent two years tutoring fellow college students in all sorts of math, and even before that, I helped do one-on-one tutoring for high school students during my sophomore and senior years of high school. Ever since then, I've gained a bit of a passion for education - I think it's extremely important for kids to be able to learn in a calm and comfortable environment where they can take enjoyment and satisfaction out of what they learn. I tutor in many different types of math, from Algebra to Geometry and Pre-Calculus to Calculus, and many more.
