I did my High School in Pakistan from a Catholic School, St Patricks High School. I took my SAT, TOEFL, SAT II (6 of them) during that time to apply to US colleges, and realized that I had a knack for performing well on standardized tests. This was all the way back in 1998, and I got a perfect 800 in 3 out of 6 subject tests that I took. I also got 1480 on my first SAT attempt. Since those days, I have been tutoring students in SAT and other standardized tests.
My teaching portfolio expanded over the years and came to include various other college subjects, such as Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Writing and Calculus. After finishing my Economics degree, I decided to go to Graduate School in Philosophy of Religion.
While I am still finishing my graduate degree, because I got side tracked with a foreign affairs consulting position, which took me to South Africa for a few years, I have continued tutoring and teaching students in various subjects, such as Math, Writing, Sciences, Social Sciences and the Humanities, along with preparing them for standardized tests.
Other than my passion for teaching, I also like to engage in adventure sports. Some of the crazier things I have done in life are Shark Cage Diving and riding a motorcycle on the Isle of Man. I also watch a lot of films and TV series, especially anything from the Horror genre.
