My favorite part of tutoring is guiding through my student step by step in how to think. I love to pull examples from the real world because that is what math and science is all about, connecting the words in the textbook to the physical world around you. And once you realize these connections, our goal isn't just to memorize and solve problems, but to truly understand them.
I'm a Cornell student currently pursuing a bachelor's in mechanical engineering. I specialize in math and science subjects; mainly trig/calc/physics/chemistry. I'm familiar with high school subjects and curriculum, especially in the noVA area (as a former student).
