As a teacher, trainer and tutor, I have worked with adult, collegiate and high school students throughout my professional life. I enjoy finding ways to help my students discover, incorporate, and use new knowledge and skills. My students learn to enhance their ability to communicate clearly and purposefully. They become more adept at using their critical thinking, and maximize the capabilities that they have. Whether writing or speaking, I partner with them to assure they will express their thoughts and beliefs with clarity and enthusiasm. I enjoy working with those that want to tell their stories, and express reasoned opinions. Where they need the help, we work together to overcome any personal obstacles that they believe holds them back I have degrees in Psychology and Communications, and certifications as a Master Trainer, Instructional Designer and Performance Consultant. As a corporate writer I have authored many proposals, and film/ video scripts - as well as dozens of audiovisual, multi-media and online presentations. As a consultant I have created in-depth analyses of organizations, and conducted seminars in cultural issues and management of change. As a speaker, I have made presentations to small professional groups, critical client gatherings, auditoriums of young adults, and online to hundreds of corporate employees. Whether it's learning to write better, teaching public speaking, examining human behavior, critically reviewing literary issues, or deconstructing a business issue, my students advance their skills and enhance their ability to communicate.
