I have been working with students (high school and college levels) for the past sixteen years. I have a Doctorate in Physical Chemistry from West Virginia University.
I enjoy working one-on-one with students. My goals for tutoring include establishing connections between science and the everyday life, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and creating an enabling environment for students by having them lead some problem-solving activities.
Aside from teaching, I spend time playing chess or tennis, reading, watching TV, and traveling.
