Tutoring is something that has been a passion of mine ever since high school. I started tutoring in middle school, working weekends at a company called Kumon, which helps students master English and math. When I got into college, I worked as a tutor teaching students biology and organic chemistry. I was also a teacher's assistant for a freshman biology class. Upon graduation, I decided to work in a charter school as a tutor, helping underprivileged students with high school math. Throughout my journey as a tutor, I have learned and valued the differences between each student. I fully believe that my experiences have battle-tested me to the point where I can look at any student and devise an effective plan to foster improvement. When I tutor, I put 100 percent of myself and treat each student with extreme care. I love nothing more than watching others grow, and knowing that I helped a long the way is the greatest feeling.
