Hello! I aim to be an asset to your educational process. I have been in the school system in one capacity or another for the past 23 years, and I am confident that I can provide a positive environment for students to grow and progress. As a former student teacher, as well as a law school graduate, I have experience in presenting modules made to inform and in finding the right answer even in novel areas. Please consider me your resource; I look forward to working with you.
Undergraduate Degree: University of California-Santa Cruz - Bachelors, English Language Literature

A huge nerd, I am currently obsessed with Pokemon Go. I try to keep active though, and make sure that I run enough to get my daily dose of sunlight.
What is your teaching philosophy?
I think that a teacher is a lot like a tailor, though perhaps more at a department store than a specialty store. The teaching materials are suits, most of which have been manufactured to fit generally for certain sizes, but none of which fit an individual perfectly. The teacher's job is to alter those teaching materials to fit the individual student. I do not subscribe to smart or not smart, only to different. Every student has the capacity to learn, and those who have the drive should have the opportunity.
