I have a Bachelor's in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Rutgers University. I also have a Master's in Mathematics Education from the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers. It was at college that I first began tutoring and discovered that I really like it, I mean really. I genuinely like Math itself. I feel Math is a major avenue through which we describe and gain insights about the order and patterns of the universe. Working one-on-one with students to help them understand Math and Physics gives me a sense of gratification. There is something uniquely delightful about seeing someone "get" subject matter that they did not get before and knowing that I was a part of that.
Besides tutoring in college, I have experience as a teacher, co-teacher, and student aide in middle and high school settings. I enjoy working with people of various academic levels and ages, yes--including teenagers, as I generally get along pretty well with them. So if you are someone in need of help with Math and/or Physics, then please feel free to contact me. It would be my pleasure to serve you.
