I believe every child can succeed, and I celebrate small victories because small growth leads to big progress over time. My motto is "Beat your yesterday"focusing on doing a little better each day and setting achievable goals that build confidence. I create a positive, encouraging environment where mistakes are opportunities to learn and every student feels capable and empowered.

When I'm not teaching or tutoring, you can find me with a good book, going for a run, or challenging myself through CrossFit. I also love spending quality time with my family. These hobbies keep me active, motivated, and balanced, and they remind me of the importance of growth and making memories.
