About Me

My name is Liza and I am a math tutor passionate about helping students learn and work through hard problems. I have a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of the South as well as a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. I have experience helping middle school and high school students in all levels of math as well as in ACT prep. I take pride in understanding how each student understands math so that I can adjust my teaching style to meet their individual needs.
