My background in the life sciences has shaped my teaching philosophy around understanding rather than memorization. I believe students learn best when complex concepts are broken down into clear, logical steps that help them see how and why processes work. I tailor each session to the student's learning style, focusing on building strong foundations, critical thinking skills, and confidence. Seeing a student's understanding grow is incredibly rewarding and why I am so passionate about tutoring!

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, golfing, traveling, and being outdoors whenever I can.
