I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Dallas, and I have over two years of tutoring experience in subjects such as elementary school reading, middle school math, and English language skills. My passion for tutoring stems from my desire to help students build confidence and develop strong communication skills, particularly in English, which I understand can be challenging for many learners, including those for whom it is a second language. I believe in creating engaging, interactive lessons tailored to each student's unique learning style, using tools like visual aids and storytelling exercises to simplify complex concepts. My background in neuroscience enhances my empathetic approach, allowing me to connect with students effectively while making learning enjoyable.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, exploring topics in neuroscience, practicing martial arts, and staying active. I also love spending time outdoors, trying new recipes, and learning about different cultures through travel and language. These hobbies keep me curious, creative, and energized, which I bring into my teaching.
