As a dedicated educator with a passion for helping students succeed, I thrive on the opportunity to make a positive impact on learners' academic journeys. I hold a degree in Education from Texas A&M University, where I cultivated a deep understanding of Early childhood development and developed a lifelong love for education. My experience spans working with students of all ages and abilities, from elementary-level learners building foundational skills to advanced students mastering challenging concepts. I specialize in tutoring ELA, chemistry, biology, and number sense, but my favorite subjects to teach is math, as I find these areas uniquely rewarding. Witnessing a student's confidence grow as they grasp a new concept or solve a problem they once found daunting is one of the most fulfilling aspects of tutoring. My teaching philosophy centers around adaptability and empowerment. I believe in meeting students where they are, understanding their individual needs, and tailoring lessons to their learning style. My approach combines patience, encouragement, and structured guidance to help students develop not only academic proficiency but also a sense of ownership over their education. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing gold, and DJ-ing, which often serve as creative outlets and help me bring fresh perspectives to my lessons. Whether it's weaving storytelling into an English session or using real-world examples in math, I aim to create engaging and relatable learning experiences.
