I am a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where I received my Bachelor of Science with a focus on Special Education and Elementary/Middle School Education. Since graduation, I have taught a wide range of students, often writing curriculum or modifying the existing curriculum to meet the needs of each individual student. I believe that these two subjects are important for success throughout life, but that the approach used to teach these subjects should be more individualized as everyone's brain works differently.
