In my free time I enjoy playing the piano, cuddling with my puppy while watching Riverdale, and playing Sims 4.I love learning and helping others learn as well. I am a second year student in the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering. I am double majoring in Math and Computer Science and minoring in Engineering Management. I frequently tutored my friends and peers throughout high school and continue to do so in my college courses. While in high school, I also volunteered for Higher Achievement, an Academic Enrichment program for middle school youth in D.C. During the summer session,I taught the SSAT and reading classes, acted as a teachers' assistant and tutored individual scholars. I am very passionate about STEM and advancements in the tech field. I strongly value education, something my parents instilled in me from a young age, and I hope to spread my love of learning and the doors that a strong education can open to those around me. I love all things sports and fitness and my favorite activities are biking, running and yoga.

BA in Classics from the University of Toronto (Trinity College) as well as numerous groups, organizations, and places where I've learned and taught. Yet my chief qualification isn't a piece of paper, or even an experience, but a genuine love of learning and an ability to inspire others with that same enthusiasm. I can tutor any number of things given my wide ranging background, but my chief areas of expertise are in the political, historical and Classical realms as well as in test-taking and writing. In my free time I like eating an excess of chocolate and burning it off through long bike rides.

Almost seven years ago, in the highly diverse, academically rich environment of the San Francisco Bay Area, I began my professional tutoring career with one of the national names in test prep. With them I learned the value of working one on one with students to identify how best they learn and help them master their own learning style. I went on to work for another, more individualized company as a lead academic tutor in test prep and multiple subjects. I was recruited by an online tutoring firm to write and perform their ACT prep video series. I currently assist students in Liberal Arts Studies through the Writing Center at the Juilliard School, and I continue to teach lessons in music.
