The student worked through 6 homework problems online. These included a few conceptual questions, hand-calculated statistics, and R program generated statistics. He tried out R for the first time and also learned a useful Excel equation. He is planning on organizing his notes more, especially for example problems and R syntax. He said he felt relatively comfortable completing the rest of the homework problems, and has that and one other assignment due on Friday. We plan on meeting again next week.
