Towards the end of the session, the microscope was setup and we made different slides of things around the house to view under the microscope such as hair, dust, and onion skin.

The student and I went over some combustion examples, and I gave her some helpful hints with regards to XS air and calculating theoretical yields of oxygen and nitrogen. We then went on to figure out how to utilize steam tables to find mass fractions of liquid water in a gas. I will follow up with a study guide on how to use these tables for her this week. We started discussing the basics of the energy balance and will complete that tomorrow. It is her final exam week so we are going to hit home some topics in the next four sessions.
