The student completed his reading comprehension problems. He made some simple mistakes on these problems. To correct the problems he had to justify where the information was found or implied in the passage.  He completed most of the quantitative reasoning section from the practice test. Next session he will complete these problems.

I worked with the student tonight on questions that she had on chapter 9. The chapter covered the Central Limit Theorem and rules around when a Normal Distribution can be assumed. She seemed to have a pretty good understanding of the chapter with her questions being on questions that were more difficult. Her quiz on this chapter is tomorrow and then she has a test on chapters 9 and 10 next week. We'll meet again next Wednesday evening.

Firstly we went over three writing assignments for a Literature class. We talked about organization and word choice. We edited sentences to improve the flow, focusing on wordiness and transitions. In our Chemistry review we went back to the principles of electron configuration and configuration notation. Tomorrow we will continue in similar areas.
