About Dr. Darius
A PhD archaeologist and host of exploration shows on National Geographic, Discovery, and PBS, Darius has rappelled down caverns, explored underground churches and temples, and crawled through ancient sewers in his quest for history and discovery. He has led many excavations of ancient landmarks, and partnered with leading organizations to discover and investigate classic artifacts, but his true passion is inspiring students to explore the wonders of the world both near to and far from them.
