How can a Anatomy tutor help you?

Anatomy is a branch of science that focuses on studying organisms' structures, as well as their parts. This subject in particular enjoys a long history full of discovery and wonder, and that same sense of fascination remains in students learning about the subject today. There are many complicated terms and hard to memorize vocabulary words found in this subject, some of which include ventral and dorsal, cranial and caudal, and medial and lateral. Remembering and then knowing the differences between this terminology isn't a cakewalk. It can be quite challenging for students to study this subject on their own, and it is often useful to enlist in a study partner if you wish to get the most out of your anatomy education. Anatomy Tutoring review by Chelsea in Garland, TX
The student has a new unit in Chemistry over electromagnetic waves that she found challenging when it was introduced in class today. We went over the material and discussed the equations needed to solve the problems in her homework packet. She gained a much better understanding during our session and was able to solve wave problems without assistance at the end of our session.

Anatomy Tutoring review by Hannah in Garland, TX
We worked on the review sections of the chapter to prepare for the student's exam. The first section was all applications of definitions, and they looked at the properties of water such as vapor pressure, surface tension, and hydrogen bonding. It took some practice for her to get the hang of it, so we did a lot of review questions. The next chapter was more calculations concerning the properties of water, and she did much better on this section. In specific preparation for the exam, I told her that most of the time if the question asks for a reason as to why water behaves a certain way, the answer will be hydrogen bonds. This definitely helped clear up some confusion in her mind.

In this lesson we covered equilibrium and Le Chatelier's principle. Also covered area calculations of different shapes. The student understands the material but made calculation errors during the session. I instructed her to write out the problems so that she could take it slowly in order to avoid further issues.

It detailed many of the steps of the citric acid cycle and the net products of the cycle. We also worked on which reduced coenzymes were produced.

Today we read through the Dinosaurs chapter and completed the quiz. It was a long chapter to read, but we took detailed notes on important points, and this made the quiz quite easy, as we had our notes to refer to. Next up, mammals and birds quiz.
